Toba is actively seeking experienced Organizational Change Managers who share our values and dedication to our customers. The Senior Organizational Change Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and driving strategic change initiatives within our client organizations. This role focuses on facilitating and managing the people side of change to achieve successful adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, and technologies. The Senior Organizational Change Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance during periods of transformation.
The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in translating business needs into actionable solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding business processes, and leveraging technology to drive improvements and optimize operations. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication between business and technical teams, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and challenges. Identify, document, and prioritize clear and comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and use cases, and analyze requirements to identify gaps, conflicts, and potential opportunities for process enhancement.
- Work closely with technical teams to design feasible and effective solutions that align with business needs. Create detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes.
- Conduct data analysis to extract insights and inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with change management teams to develop and execute communication and training plans and support end-users in adopting new processes and technologies.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Certification in change management methodologies such as PROSCI, or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
