Toba is actively seeking experienced Organizational Change Managers who share our values and dedication to our customers. The Senior Organizational Change Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and driving strategic change initiatives within our client organizations. This role focuses on facilitating and managing the people side of change to achieve successful adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, and technologies. The Senior Organizational Change Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance during periods of transformation.
The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project resources. The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in driving project success, meeting business objectives, and ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including assigning responsibilities and managing team performance. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring effective communication and resolving conflicts.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to address challenges and minimize negative impacts.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes. Manage resource allocation and utilization to optimize project efficiency and meet project objectives.
- Ensure proper project documentation, including lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge transfer. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years proven experience as a Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Certification in change management methodologies such as PROSCI, or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements, navigate ambiguity, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
