Our People

Behzad has consulted on and led business and digital transformations for Portland General Electric, IBM, Southwest Gas, Avista, and Tacoma Public Utilities. He brings decades of experience in senior Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Organizational Development (OD), Organization Change Management (OCM), and Organizational Transformation roles.

In these roles, Behzad applied risk assessment methodologies, performance management systems and talent management strategies to modernize organizations, increase operational efficiencies, and simplify IT architectures.

Jamshid, holding a PhD in Systems Science/Management Science, has dedicated his career to collaborating with US and international businesses and universities on decision science research and practice. As former director of International Studies at Marquette University, he developed 30 bilateral partnerships with universities worldwide to advance research in the decision science field.

He has also published numerous academic and professional journals on the subject in major US and international publications. Jamshid’s work crosses many industries including energy and utility sectors.

Brad has served as an organizational development and change management consultant for more than 30 years – the majority of those years at Portland General Electric. He holds a Master’s degree in education from Stanford University and a PhD in Psychology from Oregon. Both his practical experiences and academic training have positioned him well to lead change within the context of organizational culture and leadership.

Tim has more than 10 years’ experience facilitating, producing, and implementing strategic projects in the energy and international education sectors. He has facilitated and led the development of mid- and long-term strategies for medium-sized organizations and served as overall organizational change manager through implementation. Tim leverages his academic training in organizational development and practical experiences in enterprise risk management and process quality to bring efficient, priority-based change approaches to clients.

Heather is a senior technology professional with over 12 years of in-depth experience in implementing complex technology projects, programs, and portfolios. She has lead development of IT project management office (PMO) for several organizations and helped them to increase their project management capabilities. Heather uses project management leading practices to implement large-scale projects using varying degrees of Scram, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and information systems from University of Phoenix, and a master’s degree in project management from Colorado State University.

Kelvin has experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and has worked for several large companies as a business and systems analyst including CitiGroup, HSBC, IBM, and PWC. He has also worked with energy firms Portland General Electric (PGE) and Northwest Natural.
